An Innovative Concept |
Each year at harvest, the Barrel Club purchases multiple barrels of grape juice from Chateau Felice to create our own unique blend of red wine. The juice for our Bordeaux Blends are fermented and stored in French Oak barrels, both new and neutral. Chateau Felice will care for these barrels until bottling and they will provide bottles, corks, bottling and legal labels. As a Barrel Club member, you will have the right to design and affix your own personal label to the front of your bottle (for example, using www.myownlabels.com or similar).
We send an offering in January: you become a member simply by purchasing. Then, in May, members blend the wine (see Blending Seminar) with recommendations by the Chateau Felice winemaker and a final decision by a consensus. Bottling takes place soon after the Blending Seminar and the wine will be available in November.
