2008 Barrel Fermented Cabernet Sauvignon Estate
Fermented in 100% new French oak barrels. Aged 20 months in 2-year old French oak barrels. Manually punched down and processed by Vintner Barry & Cellarmaster Tom. 75 case production totally handcrafted for the select few.
2009 Zinfandel Estate Reserve
This 50 case production was created from two barrels of Zinfandel that stood out in the group. Aged 12 months in 100% American oak, 50/50 new and 1-year old oak barrels.
